Terms of Service

1. Services Offered

You are booking a 45-minute, high-level consultation priced at $250, focused on:

• Mobile architecture audit
• Crash report / ANR review
• Feature rewrite planning
• Tech roadmap validation
• Rebuild vs. refactor decisions

This is a strategy-level advisory session, not hands-on implementation.

2. Booking and Payment

• All sessions are booked through Calendly and are prepaid via PayPal (or another secure provider).
• Payment is required to confirm your time slot.
• Pricing is shown clearly prior to checkout.
• All prices are in United States Sollars ($) and may be subject to applicable VAT based on your location.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session using the link in your confirmation email.
• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances at my sole discretion.
• Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if:

• You cancel with 24+ hours’ notice
• I cancel or cannot deliver the session
• A serious technical issue on my side prevents delivery

If you're dissatisfied with the session, you must email me within 48 hours of the appointment.
Partial or full refunds in such cases are discretionary and handled case-by-case.Completed sessions are generally non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

• All materials, suggestions, and strategies shared are for your internal business use only.
• You may not record, reproduce, resell, or distribute any part of the consultation without prior written permission.
• ny technical documentation, diagrams, or strategy frameworks I may share remain my intellectual property unless explicitly transferred.

6. No guarantees

This is a premium consultation session intended to deliver clarity, strategic validation, and expert insights — not guaranteed business or technical outcomes.

You acknowledge that:

• Implementation is your team’s responsibility
• Results depend on your unique context, product, and team
• No warranties are made regarding improvements in performance, reliability, speed, crash rates, or business metrics

You are paying for access to experience-backed judgment, not fixed results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services
• My total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session
• Advice is offered in good faith based on the information you provide — ultimate decisions remain your responsibility

Note: Financial data related to paid sessions may be retained for tax and legal compliance, even after other personal data is deleted.

8. Data Protection

Your personal and billing data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy. I use third-party, GDPR-compliant tools (Calendly, Stripe, Google Analytics) for scheduling, payments, and site performance.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country, e.g., Republic of Moldova]. Any legal disputes will be subject to the courts of Chisinau, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law.
